2. Free Platform & Permitted Use

ToolPilot grants you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all provided calculation, conversion, formatting, and generation tools for personal, academic, and commercial purposes.

3. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Actions

You may not scrape, mirror, or launch automated denial-of-service attacks against our platform, or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary user interfaces and search engines without written authorization.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All tools, calculations, and conversion scripts are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. ToolPilot and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from calculation results, file processing, or data loss.
